NexaTunes is operated by Tanja Ramseger as a sole proprietorship based in Cologne, Germany.

The business operates under the external brand name T&R Media, which also includes:

  • TR Publishing – a rights management and publishing service for artists and songwriters with a valid IPI number
  • Garden Cactus Records – an independent music label focusing on Deep House, Lofi, and electronic subgenres

NexaTunes is not a self-service tool or a plug-and-play platform.

We’re a strategic distribution partner for independent artists and digital labels who care about structure, transparency, and long-term growth.

What We Do

We distribute music to all major platforms – including Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, Beatport, and more.

Our model is based on revenue share:

No monthly fees, no setup costs, no artificial upsells.

We earn only when you do.

You keep control of your catalog – we provide the infrastructure, platform access, support, and strategic input.

Why Revenue Share?

Because flat fees don’t reflect the reality of music income.

Many artists and labels pay upfront and never recoup.

Our share-based model ensures that:

  • You only pay when your music performs
  • We have a shared interest in your growth
  • There’s no risk of “paying to release” without results

For most new clients, we start with a 70/30 share – and adjust for volume and needs.

Who We Work With

NexaTunes is the right fit if you…

  • Are building an artist career or label catalog with long-term goals
  • Want to release regularly and focus on organic audience growth
  • Are looking for fair infrastructure, not inflated promises

We’re not the right choice if you…

  • Expect playlist placements or marketing services bundled in
  • Want to “test one track” and see what happens
  • Work with artificial streams or engagement boosting tools
